Share
capital, holdings, dealings
This panel
gives a breakdown of share capital, showing for each class the
current number in issue, and the aggregate percentage held by
major shareholders and directors respectively.
For the main
equity class in issue, the current holdings of major shareholders
and directors are also listed in detail, with indicators to
highlight the timing and nature of the most recent dealings
within the past six months.
Space is
available for a maximum of ten lines, which is sufficient in
most cases. If this is not enough, priority is given to share
capital, and then (in most instances) to up to four major shareholders
and five directors.
